- 100% of our patients found their dentist, hygienist, nurses and receptionists friendly and welcoming
- 100% of our patients said that they were encouraged by their dentist to ask questions and that they received satisfactory answers
- 100% of our patients said if they needed treatment, the options were explained to them fully
- 80% of our patients said that the nurses and receptionists were friendly and caring and that they provided the patient with sufficient information to help them at their first visit and that the patients found them well informed
- 80% of our patients said they would recommend Appletree Dental Care to others
